Windows XP: Connect to Office Server |

Connecting to the office file server. You will need to know the IP address of your file server. Your network administrator should be able to provide this information. |

Windows XP: Create Shortcut to File Server |

To simplify connecting to your office server through the VPN connection, you can create a shortcut icon on your desktop that points to the server. Note that you still need to have your VPN connection online before you can use this shortcut. |

Windows XP: Connect to a Remote Desktop |

You can also remotely connect to your desktop if you are running Windows XP professional on the remote desktop machine. Ask your network administrator to enable Remote Desktop service on your office computer. |
