Wiresoft Announces New President & CEO

16-May-2008 (Cincinnati, Ohio; May 16, 2008) - Wiresoft, Inc announced today that it has promoted R. Thomas Schram as its new President and CEO. Mr. Schram is a native of Peru, Indiana and matriculated through his career in the U.S. Navy and Procter & Gamble to Cincinnati and has lived there since 1982. He became an investor when the company began development of the Sentry technology in 2003 and has been actively engaged in sales and marketing for the past three years.

Mr. Schram has 29 years in executive management and, as well, has served as the CEO of a startup technology company. His specialty is in strategic planning, integrated direct marketing, and marketing program implementation. His breadth of experience includes manufacturing, research & development, marketing brand management and sales, both consumer driven and distribution driven channels. He is an accomplished consultant/marketer with clients that have included Procter & Gamble, Borden, Clorox (Foodservice Division), Dannon, Atkins Nutritionals, Ameritech and Valvoline. He has worked internationally and has also owned his own advertising agency. He is a former Lieutenant, United States Navy, Electronic Intelligence Specialist (Cryptology). He has a B.S. (EE) from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii.

Mr. Schram will initially focus on expanding the reach and sales of the current Wiresoft product line. He will also work with qualified groups who have indicated strong interest in investing capital into Wiresoft. This capital will enable Wiresoft to more rapidly expand nationally and accelerate the introduction of new production technologies.
